You can check in from 14:30. If you plan to arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the Hotel until your room is ready. In case your room is ready before 14:30 you can check in earlier without any extra charge.

You can kepp your room until 11:30 in the morning on the day of your departure. In case you want to keep your room longer, have in mind that late Check-out is subject to availability and at an additional cost. For departures until 18:00 the half day is charged, while for departures after 18:00 the total amount of the night is charged.

Our Reception is open 24 hours a day, so no matter how late you arrive, there will always be someone to accommodate you.

Our Hotel does not have a kitchen, but there is a 24-hour Bar where you can find snacks such as toast, etc. The restaurants of the area are very close to the Hotel and remain open until late -usually until 00:00-01:00- while there are shops that serve 24 hours a day in case you arrive early in the morning.

Our breakfast buffet opens at 6:00 so you can have your breakfast before you leave, as most ferries depart from 7:00 onwards. If you have to leave even earlier we can serve you from 5:40.

The port of Piraeus has 12 boarding / disembarking gates which extend at a distance of 4.5 km. The main gates E7, E8, E9 from where most ships depart, are located at a distance of 1.2 km from the Hotel and are reachable on foot in less than 15 minutes, by Tram in less than 10 minutes or by taxi in around 5 minutes. For the farthest gates E1, E2, E11, E12 the access by foot or by public transporation is more difficult, so we suggest you to use a taxi as the journey does not take more than 10 minutes.

The easiest and fastest way is to book our shuttle service. Our driver will pick you up from Arrivals and take you immediately and safely to our Hotel in about 45 minutes without having to wait in long queues or facing miscommunication issues with local taxi drivers. Alternatively we suggest that you use the new metro line that connects the Airport with Piraeus in about 60 minutes, get off at the terminal station, Municipal Theater and then walk your way to the Hotel for about 10 minutes. Last but not least, you can catch the express bus line X96, get off at the Municipal Theater stop and walk to our Hotel for about 10 minutes.

You can leave our luggage for safekeeping at no extra charge.

Unfortunately there are no rooms on the ground floor of the Hotel. Our rooms are spread over 5 floors which are served by a lift. If you want your room to be on a low floor, you can mark it in your booking notes.

The non-refundable rate offers you a discount, but payment is collected upfront and there is no refund in case of cancellation. If you have yet to decide of your travelling days you should choose the standard rate which allows you to cancel for free up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date.

To complete a reservation it is necessary to use a card as a guarantee or to make a wire transfer into our a bank account. If the rate you have chosen does not require prepayment, you can pay off your remaining balance when you arrive at the Hotel.

Unfortunately there are no parking facilities on site. However parking on the street is allowed. Feel free to contact us for reccommendations regarding parking private spaces in the area.
